Are you having trouble putting bright nail polish on and not standing out?!
Well heres a tip, put two coats of white nail polish on, then apply your bright colour, let it dry, add a top coat if need be, and there hopefully your bright nail polish will stand out! Having trouble making nail polish stand out? Click this topic! ;) 523903
