I emailed wvhelp and they message back saying "message faliure" wvhelp trouble 597500

what do I do? I need to report my missing items

Have you tried to send them another e-mail?
Can you post a screen shot or paste the exact error message?

I been copying and pasteing the message and they keep sending the message back and hold on about the messsage I think I deleted it but let me try

Now I see the problem. You got the wrong email address. It's vwhelp@buildabear.com not wvhelp@buildabear.com wvhelp trouble 465488

(letter V comes first before W)
