Its not. It's an item that was accidentally released. You can't really call it a manager item. Its probably pretty rare.

I possibly think that a hall passs is rare because I think it was a prize in 2008, that you can't get anymore, but it seems like nobody wants it, even though it's epicly cool. It's actually cooler if you play school with it, but of course nobody has interest of playing school in BABV anymore

I agree with you on that, Test. I have like 3 hall passes and no one wants them. Even though their retired.

Bunny glasses are an old PSI, it depends if there's enough "demand" for the item.

I agree with that.

There are a ton of old PSI's that nobody seems to want, but also, a ton that are insanely popular.
