how do you make an avatar?

hey everyone i wanted to know how to make a new avatar this one is old.

You can request an avatar here in the graphics guru. Simplay fill ut this form:
Title: Your Username and What you are requesting
Message:
BABV Username:
Best time to meet to take your picture or post a picture you want used:
Background color:
Font style:
Font color:
Additional background add-ons:
Animated(yes/no):
I'm sure someone will give it a try

You can request one in the GGraphics Guru, or you can make one yourself online or on a downloadable program like PhotoFiltre.
You can watch videos online if you want a certain effect in a program, or you can make a graphic online with something like Picnik or PhotoBucket.

For avatars, make sure your image code goes in the 3rd box, so it is bigger.

You can download a editing pictures program or use a online one like Picnik, Lunapic and others. Or you can fill out a form and request one in the graphics guru section. Here is the form:
