How do you make....?

I was looking around and I saw an avvie with someone's babv character hugging someone and I wanted to know how to do that???

I think all they did was take a picture of a person, then take anothe rpicture of your online character in the photo booth, and then put them together

idk she told someone to do it on some website there but i think they do it on paint
