well we can say bearville guide but we cant say join so i would think you would be able to i guess idk u can ask the officers of the CBGS

As long as you can type those words in the game, you can. But not all players can see your messages.

Players with Safe Open Chat could see messages by players with Safe Open Chat and Instant Chat. Players with Instant Chat would only see chat phrases by players with Instant Chat settings.
