Am I allowed to?

Well, someone asked if I could draw them a chibi and I realized there were certain jobs you had. The graphics artist caught me and I thought there was like maybe a hand-drawing artist or something like that. So am I allowed to draw them a picture or do I have to apply for a job?

In the Graphic's Guru? If so, yes anyone can do it.

I don't think in the Graphics Guru because they requested in the thread I made in the Graffiti Wall. (and it's drawn by hand xP)

If they are requesting it in the Graphics Guru- yes.

If not, then you cannot.

There is no job like that, only Graphic Artist.

Then can they request in the Graffiti Wall?

They can request it in Graphics Guru Otherwise no it is not allowed
