Hello,
I am a JCBG but I dont remember what email I used for BABV so I have not confirmed the Open Chat option..

Is there anyway I could change the email and still get the email before its too late which I think is tomorrow..

Joe CyBearGuide has an instruction on how to change your email address.

Well check your family's e-mail and see if you used there account. But it does not end tomorrow it starts Tomorrow

But to do that you have to enter the old email and then enter a new email and then you get to that option, right...

You can also try to e-mail vwhelp@buildabear.com and put the information required- as seen on the picture so they can verify your account.



If you don't know all the information, its okay to leave it blank. I hope this can help you
