Safe Open Chat? Please Lock

The email is confirmed but then when I try to say something for example 'Hi!' it appears a peachy color and I clicked the 'OK' and nothing happens. I see others chat but I don't see my writing.

I'm quite confused.

Yes, but I tried it without the character and still is that peachy orange color.

Ohh.. Hm, I'm not sure. That doesn't happen to me.

If you have activated the link via your email, it should be working now. Try clearing your cache and see if it works.

Thanks Joe, but I cleared my cache and still is the same color when I just type in 'Hi'.

I looked there too, but I still don't understand why the simple word 'Hi' doesn't work.

We've done several tests on this and yes, it is a random glitch. To fix this, here's what i want you to do:

1. Log out of the game
2. Clear your cache
3. Log back in

Following these steps would fix the problem.
