Under 13 in Chat

Hey all!

It has been decided that we will once again allow users under 13 to use the chatbox feature when it is opened by our Chief Officers. If you are under 13 your PMs will still remain disabled.

Since we only open the chatbox when it can be monitered, we feel it is a very safe environment for anyone wanting to enjoy BGF.
