It's not on all the time.
Admin opens it only sometimes. C:
It's usually on in the afternoon/evening. Maybe it will be up again today-- keep an eye out for it! Why can't i see the chat box? 610897

Yes. Like everyone else said, Chatbox is not open 24/7. Just recently Chatbox has started to be open more often. Its normally around the late afternoon or evening when it opens, and closes at like 2 am Why can't i see the chat box? Icon_razz
