Cybearguides, help on $10 Bear Certificates?

You know the certificate that you get for spending $100? I didn't get the certificate. I have spent $100 on BABW items. I have gotten things online too. When I went to check my Stuff Fur Stuff points, it said I only had 14? I think it must have been renewed or something, but I didn't get the certificate... Please help me!

I am not a cyberguide or anything, but I had same problem as you do too. Last year in June, I knew I spend $100, and they said they will send it to me by mail, I never got it, when I went back in to see if they had it or something, it went back to less than 100 credit too, than a year later, I spend another $100 at babw too, and I got a email. What I mean is go to your babw and see if they can look it up to see if you got a $10 off to babw and they will do it. I did it once and they had the one I got at babw for $10 off this year, and the one I had $10 off from last year in their computer. Hope that helps. - Sunshinesummer7
