How many times could you use the Bear Birth Certificates? Like the ones that you can redeem bear bills, bears and cub condos with. I get them mixed up with welcome passes. I am sort of new at build a bear certificates. o_O Thank you. How many times could you use the Bear Birth Certificates? 143839
