well you can't really get them but it's random sometimes i think it's the time you register it in babv because i registered one ten minutes after i bought it and i got and open certificate but then i registered another three hours after buying it and i didn't get an open one

If you want a open certifcate you could buy trenkin the turtle the scruffy puppy or the velvet teddy How do you get Open Certificates?? 465488 hope it helps!

Open certificates come randomly from some bears. The Lil' Buttercream Cub has one. How do you get Open Certificates?? 143839

If you register a new furry friend that is not currently available on BABV, you will get a "furry friend choice", or open birth certificate.
