Glitch with Bears Musical Chairs/Environmentally Pawsome Nature Walk overlap

Every time I do the Environmentally Pawsome Nature Quest and the system generates a weed in Friendship Forest Park, the weed appears under one of the chairs for Bears Musical Chairs and I can't click on it. I end up having to start the quest again, and of course there are no guarantees that I won't find the weed under the chair again.

I have a similar problem when a server has too many people on. You can't click on the weeds if people are standing on them.
