Loading

For some reason I can not get on to build a bear
I log in and than it wont load I left it up for 10 minutes
and it was still loading can someone help.Please.

I am very sorry you are experiencing difficulties accessing Bearville.

There are some things you might want to try. First, can you refresh the page? You can do this by either closing out of the website or by pushing the F5 button on your keyboard. Sometimes, this fixes the problem and completes the load.

Also, you might need to clear your cache. To do this, log off the game and follow the instructions below:

Internet Explorer users:
1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on Internet Options.
3. In the General Tab, look up Browsing History and click on the Delete Button.
4. Delete Temporary Internet files.

Firefox users:
1. Click on Tools.
2. Choose Clear Private Data from the dropdown.
3. Proceed to clearing your cache.
OR
1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on Options.
3. Choose the Advanced Tab.
4. Click on CLEAR NOW under Cache.

Once you have cleared your cache, open a new Internet browser window and try to log on to Bearville again.
