Help - GIMP?

Haaaaii c: I am having a couple of problems for GIMP, since I have a PC, I downloaded the newest PC version. And right now, I just want to make a logo/banner/avatar etc. It would really help me out if a Graphic Specialist from Bearville Guide could give me a few tips or advice, thanks! Bear Hugs, Kaitlyn (:

Did you want the banner to contain BABV characters or something special??
I can give you a link to a guide, or I could make a unique one for whatever you wanted.
