Waaah! That's amazing! I like how you made the picture fade away with the effect. It's amazing. It's just a bit overdone with the effect, because you have to look closer into the picture to see the person. It's nice though, good work! Love it~

It's really cute, I like it.

But a small tip: Maybe you should fade the bokeh effect a little more, I couldn't really make-out the picture. It was hard to make out what the picture was, even after reading the text.
Also, the text looks great, but you shouldn't have added the stroke. That's just my thinking, I think it kind of overdid the text, and the thing about bokeh, I feel, is that you want to stress on the way the bokeh effect makes the picture look, not really the text. It's just me though, just what I think :X

Otherwise, it's really good for your first attempt (:
