Hand Glitch Empty Hand Glitch

This happens when I have my balloon ride and 1# Fan Hand on. Hand Glitch 3483496927
Hand Glitch Bvg10
My hand that is holding the balloons is gone! LOL, is this supposed to happen?

No it's not supposed to happen. I think it will be gone soon because last. Last time it happened it me it lasted 2 days
