Hand Glitch..? Empty Hand Glitch..?

I saw this girl who ate ice cream - when she finished, you can see her hand placed wierdly.. Is this a glitch? scratch

Can you see it? It's the girl who's wearing a Jr. Cybearguide hat. I'm the one with the brown shoulder length hair, and monkey ears. You can meet me at Bear Boulevard, Town Square. Hand Glitch..? 465488
