Revised BABV avatar!

This was a time-wasting project. It's turning out rather well, I'll likely touch-up my future avatars for added originality.




Just a few subtle changes.

I'll probably reuse this image for something late. An avatar, maybe. Idk.

I saved the .xcf file. I might add things, I thought I'd hear your feedback. Probably painted nails. I might make visible ears and earrings.

I didn't change the original length of the legs. I'm reconsidering that now.
I never realized how short our legs are on BABV. The straight leg makes the illusion of them being longer, so with the addition of the curves, it looks a tad short.

I added stitching to the bear, that's about it for that.

Tell me what to add!



Notes;;
Shadows - inner eye corners, leg from dress, knees/elbows
Darken hair roots
Consider nails, ears
dimples/birthmarks
bracelet/necklace

Its cute.. the eyes need a touch up though.

Lack of shadow, poor color quality, etc.

I'm rather content with the eyes. I don't want to litter them with makeup, it'll distract from the iris color. Hence why I used brown for the bit that is already there.

No I love the eyes its just something is off a little..
Maybe its the way there looking? Idk. I'm so odd.

Both are viewing the same direction, so I don't see what could be wrong with how she is looking. Unless you just don't like upward glances, lol.

I'll probably add deeper shadow to the inner corners of the eyes when I go to edit it again.

Wow. Its really good. Maybe you should think of adding a necklace? I personally feel like it looks empty in the neck area. Maybe a dimple or a bracelet too? Or you can add an anklet.

I love the idea of a dimple.

I had been thinking of adding a bracelet as well.

I think a dimple would be cute, but then the BABV avatar would have to smile a bit more, it's kind of in a half smile, I can't really tell. I think painted nails would be nice, you don't necessarily have to do the ears showing, unless the hair is tucked behind the hair.

You could do plenty versions of this, haha, to experiment. You could try makeup, hair bows etc. ^^

That's very true, I don't have to keep to one set plan.

I might just keep a linear experimental venture, though. ^^ It's just for fun, to see where it goes.

You could experiment and show em all to us. It would be cool to see what you could come up with ;D
