How do you calm your nerves?

No, I'm asking because i'm going to an amusement park Monday and there's this new roller coaster and i'm really nervous about going on it :x
But i'll be needing ways to calm down to help with the interview too lol.

I calm my nerves by going on a run through the neighborhood. I actually end up doing that a lot. If I am ever upset, distraught, or my nerves are off, a nice run always helps me calm down.
IDK nature also is another thing that seems to calm me. Like if I focus on the light breeze of the wind and how the leaves are moving. Or the sound of rain outside my window. I am a nature type of person

I always try to close my eyes and imagine a nice relaxing place. Sometimes I hum too

I'm bad at this.
I just get constant reassurance every two minutes
That's the only way I stay calm. Or I squeeze something, like a stuffed animal, or I squeeze my hands into fists.

Slamming the door, lol.
