I think it's a PSI. You should see the Dino PSI's.

Some dinos aren't retired, and you can still purchase them from Build-A-Dino or on an open certificate I believe. Well, I took a look at the Build-A-Dino website and I think this is where the Purple Stegosaurus Hat is from. Where is the purple stegosaurus hat from 465488
