Do you carry waterbottles when you run?

No. If I'm walking, yes. But I don't like carrying things when I run, I feel like I'm going to drop it or something ;~;

I always bring water with me, either in a bag or in my hand. You need it, or otherwise you're at risk of dehydration. It means you get more good out of your exercise.

Water is important. xD It's hard to be bothered with carrying one, though.

I just came back from my nightly jog and I carried a waterbottle this time it actually wasn't quiet bad.

For a short run, I can understand. But five or six miles? No way.

I dehydrate fast, so I think it's worth the aching arm to have a waterbottle with me.

It's like so annoing because it might fall and you would have to run back for it or just leave it and you would have lost it for forgotten about it.

Yeah. I've dropped it, and it's like, you can to stop what you're doing for it.
