problems playing build-a-bearville

If you are using Bearville.com it doesn't work correctly just yet. Try connecting to BABV from buildabearville.com

I see that too while it's loading but not the first one did you try refreshing it?

That's strange :wonders: Are you still experiencing this? You may need to clear your flash cache. Kindly follow the instructions below.

1. While you're in Build-A-Bearville, right-click anywhere in your screen.
2. Click on Global Settings. This would open a new browser tab or browser window.
3. On the newly opened browser tab or window, on the left portion of the page, you will see Table of Contents.
4. Under 'Settings Manager' click the 'Website Storage Settings Panel'.
5. Scroll to find www.buildabearville.com in the list and click it.
6. Choose 'Delete website'.
7. Click 'Confirm'.
8. Close the web browser
9. Open a new browser window and go back into Build-A-Bearville.

If you encounter the same error after doing the steps above, kindly inform me

This happened to me, too!
I followed those instructions & it works now!
