Yes, they have banned people's BABV accounts for inappropriate behavior. It's not new it has always been that way. It's important to remember to follow the rules!

I seen that a lot back in 2008 when the BABV open chat wasn't so safe..even today I see that but I personally think it's silly and not safe.
