Dear Staff,

I am really confused-I can't find the Town Square where you can log in. I have a bear code i just dont know whereto enter it. PLease help.

Go into the buildavearworkshop store (in buildabearville) and click on the bear champ and it's pretty easy from there. But, I'm not sure what you mean by you can't find the town square

In Town Square, get in the Build-A-Bear Workshop store to enter your code. To enter the code, click on the Bear in the counter as shown in the image below:
