Test and Sammi said it all. Congratulate the new Celebration Bears for officially being part of Build-a-Bearville. A really neat PSI, don't you think? I thought both the bears and their exclusive virtual gift were really creative and wonderful. =]

Our very own, MamaNoodles posted us a topic about this. These Cake Bears are Test Build-A-Bears, so they can only be available in Test Build-A-Bear Workshop stores. But, you can get them online available at buildabear.com. You can try and trade to get the PSI as well.
