Yes, they will be available in stores soon. They are called an "inline conversion", which means they will quietly take the place of the other blue and pink bears once they sell out. There will not be an official "launch" of these bears.

Awww, they're cute I already have one blue (one of the oldest ones) and another blue (the one they have now )
