I really don't see it as a "religious" bear that would offend any one religion. There are many different religions and philosophies that use a cross as a symbol. I think the symbol could have any meaning you choose it to. While I can't confirm the timeline or testing for this - it's rumored that there will also be a Star Of David bear soon.

I'm going to lock this thread now because we do not allow religious discussion to continue on BGF. Obviously these bears are not being put out to offend people in anyway. If the symbol is not of your religion then you do not have to purchase the bear. This should not be seen as offensive in any way. BABW offers many different furry friends
