Number the stars is a great book for all readers and about the jews
of denmark and how the nazis want to relocate the jews

life in Copenhagen is filled with school,food shotages and the
Nazi's soilders marching up and down the streets of there town

"relocated" so Ellen moves in with the Johansen's and pretends
to be part of the family then annemarie is asked to go on a
dangoures misson Somehow she must find the streagh to save
her best friends life there's no turning back know

I read this book a good while ago for school and I loved it! It definitely teaches you how life was during those times and what people had to go through.

Hmm... I also like the plot. Kids need to learn more about that time in history.

I have not read this book, but by reading the back cover I truly think its a real good book. For some reason this author seems familiar. Oh wait isn't Lois Lowry also the author of the book The Giver. I will be reading The Giver in school in a few weeks and I believe if I like it. I might just read Number the Stars. I am not a fan of historical books, but this book sounds really important and necessary to read. =]
