How do you post a picture?

I have a mac and I take pics with the buttons: Shift, Apple button, 4. So after I do that (take the picture) where do I find the link because it asks for the link to put the picture on the post. Please Help

Ummm sometimes I go on Picoodle or lunapic. IO would recomend picoodle

1)Go to Tinypic.com[/url]
2)Click on upload
3)Select the photo you want
4)When its done loading Right click>Copy(img code)
5)go to where you want it right click>Past it in then
