Paint.NET help (urgent, please look)

Okay, I found how to do an outline on text.

But only in big sizes, like 48, or 72.


I wanna know how to make it in smaller sizes, and if i do it in smaller sizes, its all smudgy, and stuff..

Please help me, I will appreciate SO much.

You go to the number next to the font and then you choose what size

well I know that, but it always come out smudgy, for some reason.

I use downloaded fonts, and no, i did not use italic, bold, or underlined.
