ummm u put the wrong form

We need those information so we can verify that email sender is the real owner of the account. Since that she forgot her registered email address, we need to make sure of her account security.

i dont have the recript code i lost it and i have more than 1 bear

That is okay if you don't have the receipt code. You may include all the names of your furry friend but just verify one of them so it would be easy for you.

Thats a help for me i also forgot mines so this is a big help
