Can someone give me advice on photoshop I have been uploading pictures but it won't let me edit or decorate them!!! Please help me!!!

well...make sure your layer is selected!! ?? Are u doing that??

Hey..okay take a look at this pic...I got two layers at the moment..my text layer..because i added text to my image and then second layer which is my image...at the moment...none are selected...to select it...click on in and it should turn blue or grey....as in my seond image. Then do what you want to do to the layer. Hope you understood it..let me know..!! Photoshop.com Help 465488

How do you do that? Cause this is what happened every time I tried to edit or decorate,

If you cannot find layers anywhere...click on window...then go down and click on layers and it will pop up.
