I think you can do it on photoshop. You can also use Photofiltre .

Just make a bunch of them, You copy the picture you want then you paste it wherever you want .

you click ctrl and click your picture it should copy

You can also do it on Lunapic.
You click "Effects-> Blend Two Images".
Then, upload the image you want to blend and, paste it on
