Resizing the Mini?

Well I'm not sure how to resize the image of my babv character into like a mini form
lol well if anyone can tell me how that would be really awesome!

Well, I did mine on Paint.
I cut it into three parts.
Head, Legs and top.
Then, i made the legs and top shorter,
Stuck them together and, edited it

How did u make the top smaller?

Cutie you would select it and use the arrow to make it smaller, I think.
