What sites can I use if I wanted to Blend or Merge images? I tried Lunapic, but for some reason it's not working. Please help me.

Do you mean this: Like the characters on the polka-dot background? Is that what you mean?

I use paint.NET You can download it for free and it's easy to use. Blending/Merge Images 465488

1.find your background image
2.upload it to lunapic,copy it to clipboard
3.upload the image you wanted to put the background on
4.go to paint bucket tool,click on patterns,choose clipboard

Oh! You don't know how to. Ok.

First, in paint, save your picture to the File Type .png (this makes it sharper and smoother)
Follow those steps afterward and you're good Blending/Merge Images 465488
