The European bunny is not a new furry friend. I saw an European bunny around summer time, so it is over 8 months old after Build-A-Bear workshop released it at least. I bet some people have European bunnies Just people have not received the PSI for a long time. I believe this problem (Not receiving its PSI) happened all people who have European bunnies.

I received a wallpaper and 2000 BB, when I brought her life online but no PSI. I have contacted BABV about this matter, and finally, I received the PSI today:) (It did not take long time though. Thank you very much for working on it! CyBearPal!)
