hi all! we're making detailed instructions on how to make a tikatok account, how to create a book & make it viewable. don't rush, the deadline's on March 29. that gives everyone plenty of time to prepare!

Hi all,

My name is Neal and I work at Tikatok. It is so great to see you all excited about creating and sharing your books. Because some of you are having difficulty with sharing your books I thought I would come in and try and answer some of your questions.

When you create a book through the Build-A-Bear Workshop page on Tikatok - www.tikatok.com/build-a-bear - it must be submitted to the Libeary before it can be shared with the world. When you submit your book one of us at Tikatok must read it and approve it - sometimes this can take up to a few days. But since I saw this contest going on I have been trying to get this done faster.

If you create your book on the regular Tikatok homepage then you have to change the permission settings to that everyone can view it. Do this by clicking "Share" and then "Change permission settings" on the book page.

Then you can share the link, or embed the book right in the forum as some have done.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
