Rules and Guidelines

1. All board rules apply.

2. Everyone is welcome to organize and schedule an event-for-a-cause.

3. These events are strictly for Build-A-Bearville only.

4. These are not virtual fundraising events. These are events to promote awareness and concern. All events are free. Anyone caught asking for bearbills or any virtual items will be banned from this site.

5. Organizers may invite everyone here anytime, but for guaranteed attendance and more participants, it is suggested that you post 2 days before your event. Please follow this format:

Introduction: (Introduce your event and your goals)
Date: (specify day and date)
Time: (for UK and all US timezones)
Meeting place: (Exact place in BABV, country and den)
Event Overview/Description: (Description of your event and how you want it to happen)
Special Request: (Include requests here like t-shirt themes, clothes accessories that everyone should wear in the parade)


6. If you're interested to join the event posted in this section, just reply to the thread and follow and respect the event's rules. Also, try to be on time.

7. Do not organize events about very sensitive issues. Remeber that this is a kid-friendly site.

8. Officers may take out a thread that they think are inappropriate or do not comply with the rules of this section.
