who is Michael Copon? LOL anyway i want him to stay he seems good to play Jacob

i heard about this a while ago the movie ppl said that he had too much of a "baby" face to play jacob! omg i loved him as jacob!!! he was the BEST thing about the movie!!! i didnt even like jacob in the book, but he was probably my favorite actor in the movie!!!

I just saw a picture of Michael Copon. They look a little similar but, Taylor has to stay! He was awesome in the movie! We should start a petition. LOL

Well, I understand why they need a change. In New Moon Jacob goes through a massive transformation! If they want to show his extremely accelerated growth they would have to go with a different actor

i think taylor did a good job as doing jacob with his 'sunshiney' attitude. but i also understand why they might need copon to do the part, i prefer taylor though. =]

I heard about this yesterday. They want someone more muscular and big. But they didn't officially choose the new person, but they are thinking of replacing him. He said he was gaining more pounds and exercising. LOL

I agree with you MamaNoodles. I'll try to stay strong...... No I can't! I understand if they have to say goodbye to Taylor but I'll miss him!

Aww. I doon't want Jacob Black to leave. But I also agree with Mama, he does go through a lot of transformation into a wolf and stuff. In an interveiw he even said, I'm not like the wolf at all, but i'm more like the human type of Jacob!!

He can't look baby-faced because in New Moon, Jacob doesn't anymore; he goes through a huge growth spurt and changes almost completely. They can't wait for Taylor to change as in real life because he won't cuz he's grown up; also, if they wait for him, Rob. (Edward) will get old and that contridicts the whole plot.
