Keep Getting Kicked Out

I just bought my Build-A-Bear yesterday and logged onto the website today to play games with my kitty. It lets me log in and everything. After I type in my ID number and key code, it says that my Coraline is waiting for me somewhere( I can't remember the name of the place). Then it will load and kick me out. It's done it 3 times now and it's at the same spot. My friend bought hers at the same time and she too is having issues. Is it because we're not on a home computer? The WiFi shouldn't be the problem. Please help. Thanks
