People's bears roaming free?

I logged on and i was in the neighborhood, and at first there was just a camo bear an an orca, but now the camo bear is gone, and there is a bunch of blue bears, but not the star wars bears, walking around, is this a glitch or what?

Were in a condo or outside of a condo? Bears do that if you were in those areas.
