the bear is part of a collection and when you get all the bears and enter them, you get the grand tiara

You get the pink tiara as a reward if you bring the bear online. And if you have all 4 gem bears, you get the big gem tiara.
But you can get them from trades too

You get the pink tiara when you register the bear it comes from. You get the grand tiara when you register all four gem bears.

The pink tiara is frm the Pink Gem of a Friends Ber, and the Grand Tiara is from when you register all Gem of Friend Bears using a Birth Certificate, not Welcome Passes.
