Can Bears Be Moved?

I got a bear code and accidently put it on my brothers account instead! Is there anyway I can get it back?

It's best if you send us an email using the registered email address on the account.

Send an email to vwhelp@buildabear.com together with these information so we can remove the animal from your brother's account:

Account Name:
Animal Name:
Animal Type:
Date of purchase:

Please make sure to clear all items from your furry friend's room before sending an email. We cannot delete Furry Friends if their Animal Reward is no longer in your inventory. When we delete your Furry Friend, we will also have to remove your Animal Reward. You will get this Animal Reward again when you register your Furry Friend to a new account.

If you used a web code to enter this animal, once we remove it, the code cannot be used again. If you used an Animal ID and Key Code, you will be able to re-enter on another account.

If you used a welcome pass, you cannot use it again. We will have to remove the code so we can remove the furry friend from that account. But if you used an Animal ID, you can.

You don't have to search for your ID codes. Babv transfered mine without even asking for my ID code.
