Well It is in Pawlettes in the outfits tab...You need to click the hats and then back to the outfits to be able to buy it...It says it is free but We noticed that when you leave the shop you are missing money for the outfits that you buy...Be forwarned and don't accendentally spend all of your bear bills..

AND it is NOT FREE it takes money after you buy it....So Be careful !!!!!
