Dear Valued Guest,
We are contacting you today regarding an item that we believe you may have purchased from Build-A-Bear Workshop: Sulley.

Build-A-Bear Workshop is issuing a voluntary product safety recall of the Sulley. The Sulley, pictured below, was sold from June 12, 2013 through June 27, 2013. It has come to our attention that the eye was not sewn on securely to a few of these Sulleys. As a result, the eye could fall off the Sulley which could cause a potential choking hazard. We have had no reports of safety incidents from consumers and we are unaware of any injuries caused by this product.
At Build-A-Bear Workshop we take the safety of our Guests very seriously. We test all products using an independent laboratory to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy in the testing results. The Sulley has passed all ASTM F963, CPSC and Health Canada safety testing. Despite the absence of injury, out of abundance of caution, we ask you to immediately return the Sulley to your local
Build-A-Bear Workshop store where you will be able to exchange the Sulley for a coupon to select any available animal from Build-A-Bear Workshop. If it is not feasible for you to return the Sulley to your local store, you may contact Build-A-Bear Workshop’s Product Hotline for alternate instructions.
