She's Anahí, she's a latin-american singer, actress and composer (: I'm not latin, but I used to watch a show where she was one of the main characters when I was a kid, and I still love her music, in both languages.

Hahah, I know about the second one, it's too bright, I added a texture and it came up like that, so I just left it(:
I didn't know if you meant a graphic or an avvie, so I just made a graphic because they're much easier for me, if you meant an avvie just tell me/.

Oh yeah, I know her. She was in a group called "RBD". I love all her songs but I didn't recognized her in that picture lol(:
