New glasses?

Most of the time when I'm in BABV, I always see a player wearing what appears to be a pair of blue star-shaped glasses. However, when I go to check the player's inventory, the player no longer sports the blue star-shaped glasses.

Why is that I never seen the blue star-shaped glasses in store? Perhaps it was one of the items that were never released? Or was it something else...?

Maybe it's the JrCyberGuide ones? If its those, ou can get them at the CBG HeadQuaters (:

they put those on when someone goes on a tour
